About 86% of all the medical visit in India are made by ruralites with the majority still travelling more than 100 km to avail health care facility of which 70-80% is born out of pocket landing them in poverty.

As a healthcare startup, Livigro is rigorously working on to provide affordable healthcare services to all parts of the country with the vision to bring rural regions accessible to healthcare services. To reform and concrete the healthcare ecosystem Livigro has started off with providing preventive healthcare services around India focusing on tier 2 and tier 3 cities.


Most of the future illness can be avoided with implementing preventive healthcare system like proactive health checkups, counselling and maintenance.


What We Do 

Livigro offers preventive health checkups to the doorstep by home sample collection making it accessible to all regions at budget-friendly Price.


The Process is very simple. The patient can book health checkup(either as a package or as specific tests prescribed by the doctor) through Livigro web or app. It will be intimated to the phlebotomist near you and the sample will be collected and send to the lab for processing. After which electronic health reports will be delivered with health status from the doctor.


To accomplish this we also required a reliable communication system to communicate between our technology and users.

>when Livigro becomes accessible to a larger population it becomes harder to avoid spam bookings. In order to prevent spams, we also need to verify the user.

>As India is moving fast towards e-payment than ever before it also becomes mandatory to verify that transaction is secure and made from the user.

>The last crucial part is sending EHR (electronic health report) to the user securely.


That’s when MSG91 came in. Their services helped us jump the hurdles we had with communication.

>We were able to verify the user using OTP (one-time password) by sending SMS to their mobile phones.

>We can send booking confirmation notification through SMS after e-payment.

>EHR (electronic health report) can be sent immediately through SMS.

Even though EHR is easily accessible in Livigro App and Web through login, we also send it through SMS making it accessible to a part of the population that is using 2G mobile phones considerably in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
